🧾 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bland, we make high-quality T-shirts with stupidly good names and dangerously soft 200gsm cotton.
But if your purchase doesn’t spark joy (or sarcasm), we’ve got you covered.

💥 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order - as long as:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
The tags are still attached
You haven’t spilt wine, tears, or bad decisions on it

If that sounds fair, email us at support@bland.clothing with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply faster than your last situationship.

💸 Refunds

Once your return lands back with us and passes inspection (we’ll check it hasn’t been through a festival or breakup), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and the general vibes of the universe.

⚖️ Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?
We don’t do traditional exchanges yet - just return your item for a refund and place a new order for the one you actually wanted.
Think of it as a fresh start.

🚫 Non-returnable items

We can’t accept returns for:

Gift cards
Sale items
Anything that smells like adventure, regret, or your ex’s perfume

If your parcel does not get delivered to you, you will receive a full refund, here at bland we send all packages with tracking so we know your package arrives safely.
